Spent five nights in a king-single at $93/night. Newer hotel fronting a lake in area with several lodgings. Close to the Broadmoor and freeway access. Unit contained lounge chair and hassock, writing desk and coffee-maker. Housekeeping service above average and prompt. Breakfast free with pastries and juices - newspaper delivered to door during the week.
Small indoor pool with workout center - TV had numerous channels. Computer in lobby for use by guests. Nothing much within walking distance (except shops) but tourist sites are an easy drive. Suggestion: ask from upper level room facing lake.
