My Husband and I stayed here for 1 week in May 2008. The hotel is pure and utter top class. You are made feel extremely welcome. We stayed on one of the club level floors which allows you to have free drinks and canopes every evening from 5pm to 7.30pm and our room was beautiful. The hotel itself leads directly into one of the shopping malls in the suntect city area. The staff at the pool are excellent, extremely nice and helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Our family of 2 adults and 2 kids recently had a 5-night, 6-day stay at Marina Mandarin Singapore. Check-in was swift and we were excited to see our room. We had booked a refurbished 1-bedroom suite with a convertible sofa bed in the separate sitting room which also had a small, round dining table and it's own toilet and bath. The bed in the bedroom was not exactly a king sized bed which the hotel had promised, and the newly refurbished toilet was leaky and always created a puddle of water where it was installed. The airconditioning was HOT and we had to bare it for 2 nights. They eventually had it cleaned and only then did it get cooler. They don't vacuum the carpet everyday, I had noticed fingernails that had not been cleaned for 2 days until they finally cleaned it. The location of this hotel is great but accomodations certainly could've been much better.

Being my first visit to singapore i was unsure of where to stay, on my travel agents advise i took the marina mandarin, and im thankful i did, stunning hotel, brillant service, perfect location, you can walf direct from the the hotel into a shopping complxe below it and get straight onto the train, dont even have to go outside.
