The Grand House was a terrific place to stay in Bogota. Coming from the US, it was great to have a staff that spoke English very well. The rooms were very modern and clean, and breakfasts were terrific. Overall, not a single complaint - I would recommend the Grand House to anyone coming to Bogota.

I have visited Bogota a couple of times and was my first time at this hotel. The room is large and nice. However, I was given one in the second building, which assess is made through the hotel garage. They tried to make a nice pathway, but it simple doesn’t feel right using a dark garage after passing a nice lobby. You know it gives a backstage taste. I guess the big catch here is trying to get a room in the front building. Overall, the hotel is good. Service was good, bedrooms large and living rooms even larger. It is like staying at a loft apartment with two large bathrooms (one for guests). The spa is limited and gym has two equipments. The location is good. It is a walking distance from several attractions (best shopping centers, restaurants etc). In case you need the hotel provides a convenient car service at a reasonable rate (almost a double of the taxi fare). The breakfast is good and served at a nice area.

This it´s my third trip to Bogota and thanks for your reviews it´s the first time I really like the hotel. This boutique hotel is very nice, has a good service and covers every kind of needs you may have (I love L´Occitane products in the bathorrom). It´s true the gym has only 2 machines, the quiet rooms isn´t quite at all, but comparing to all the other hotels this is the BEST, also it´s new so it will probably improve. About the food, I found the food in general in Bogota to be mediocre, but the buffet breakfast at the hotel it´s very good. Definitely this is the hotel I will stay in my next visit to this city. I lived in Grand House hotel for 6 months while working in Bogotá. Because of my job, I travel and lived in many hotels and Grand House is one of the very best hotels I've ever lived in.

The hotel rooms are great, big and very spacious, decorated with quality furnitures and beautiful. Both bathrroms are great, specially the one next to the room. Excellent bed, TVs, cable and home cinema also.

Service is algo outstandoing. Front desk and restaurant people are always willing to help. Both buffet breakfasta and room service food are of the best quality.

Maybe the best hotel I've ever lived in.
