I was looking for an in expensive hotel for one night before taking a cruise. This hotel was within walking distance to Canal St and the French Quarter. We were able to see a parade. We stayed here for three nights. We had two beds, they are full size. The room is extremely large. Everything was clean. The location is greatr for the price. The property is as stated "downtown" so expect it to be a bit hard to find parking. Other than that the staff were GREAT . We called ahead and asked for availability of rooms and were given perfect directions for finding the hotel .
