“Had a very poor experience here”

Before I launch my complaints against this hotel and my experience there, I should just say up-front that the desk manager (I think his name was Erik) was very nice and tried very hard (mostly unsuccessfully) to fix the problems I encountered. My husband and I stayed here three nights and were quite satisfied with the experience. The hotel is in a decent area right on the campus of Temple University.
