Images on website are deceiving. Although this property has been remodeled, it is in need of another remodel, the finishes were tired and dirty in the lobby. I understand natural wear and tear in public places but not only was this in the lobby, it continued into the elevator, through the corridor and into the room. Service is something else... more

The London Hotel NYC is a Blackstone property and was formerly the all suite Righa Royal Hotel. The makeover has transformed a traditional decor with an all suite hotel with a contemporary minimalistic design. I would rate this as a 3 and a half or 4 star hotel but no higher. Every room here is a suite, so you have a separate sitting area and plenty of space. Honestly, I had my sister and her boyfriend up to the room and they were joking about how it was bigger than her boyfriend's Manhattan apartment.
