Very clean, very classy. I had a suite on the 40th floor (bedroom and sitting room connected) which was the largest hotel room I have ever been in in NYC. Staff was friendly. No complaints. This is a good business hotel - attractive lobby, decent sized and well appointed rooms. You get a birds eye view of Ground Zero and with it 24 hour noise (even thirty odd floors up).
