The Westin was superb. A stones throw away from Times Square and all the main areas of New York. This hotel was really a treat for our trip. We stayed 4 nights in late October and had a fantastic stay. Check in was quick and easy, and we were given a standard king room on the 30th floor. Location is quite poor, this hotel is not right on Times Square but on 8th avenue instead, across the street from a bunch of [--] shops. Room quality was average, nothing special, and the hotel's ambiance was terrible, reflecting the neighborhood that it really is in.
