Just returned from a trip to Ny to the marathon and stayed at the Chandler . It was very good . Very helpful front desk who could'nt do enough . They were friendly and professional . Choose the Chandler based on Tripadvisor reviews and it's location. Both are completely accurate. Unfortunately I was taken ill less than 12hrs after arriving and admitted to hospital for 36hrs. the front desk staff organised a doctor within 5 mins and he advised me to go to hospital. I have just returned from New york and stayed at this hotel . It was my first time there and I was very impressed with it. Having, sadly, just returned from New York after 4nights staying at this Hotel I can say without a shadow of a doubt that the Chandler is in an ideal situation.
