I stayed in the hotel from the 24th of November till the 26th. I was part of 5 girls who went shopping and site seeing. After reading the reviews we were all nervous of the hotel. When we arrived we thought the reception area was lovely and was all done up for christmas which was really nice. It only took... more

Rude and arrogant front desk staf. When we flush the toilett water came out on the floor. Bath tub filling up with dirty water from the sour when guest next door taking a shower. They didn´t offer us a new room and they couldn´t fix the problem. But the worst was the arrogant behavior from the front desk staf. This... more

You won't be able to open / close your window and chances are the window will be to dirty to get any sort of reasonable view. In my opinion, the beds are comfortable (I slept an... more

My boyfriend and I went for a long weekend to New York 6th - 10th Nov. We're both pretty laid back and not to keen to complain but this place is absolutely awful, so much so that I have felt the need to write a poor review about it! Everyone that we spoke to who was staying there, was of... more

I'll keep this short: I usually stay at Affinia properties in Manhattan and still fully recommend them. I often stay in the same neighborhood that the Hotel Pennsylvania is in because I see sporting events at Madison Square Garden. Ended up at the hotel because a friend had a free room there. I wouldn't go back if THEY paid me.... more

It was one of the worst experiences ever. The room was dirty, noisy and dark. The staff was rude. It definitely does not worth the price, Too expensive for what we get. Will never ever come back to this pigsty. more
