Not bad at all. Its not the Gramercy Park, or St Martins Lane in London, but then its a lot cheaper. I think the main consideration is are you getting value for money? Its a simple hotel. You can get some excellent deals at this hotel depending on your dates, and it is a better value than the other Ws in NYC. Service is very good all around -- friendly and efficient. We had a suite -- the room was a very nice size but the "pull-out sofa bed" unusable and the cushions all ripped.
