Just returned from a business/vacation in San Diego. Hyatt was the worst 4 star hotel I have ever stayed at. Stayed 9/1 thru9/7, 3 days didn't get coffee to make in the "one" cup coffee machine and one day didn't get any coffee cup(paper). I have stayed in a 1 star hotel and had a full pot coffee maker.
