This was such a wonderful experience. Meredith was so helpful to us during our stay. We were a little lost, but she helped us find our way by drawing out maps for us and helping us with anything we needed. The pool area was great with beautiful loung chairs and it was kept very tidy. This was my first visit to San Diego and the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. They helped us make shuttle arrangements for the zoo, rental car to travel to La Jolla and just did everything they could to see that our stay was enjoyable. We only stayed for 1 night @ the "Pacific Inn", but we were very pleased with the staff, room, rates, & service we received. It was clean, well stocked, and quiet. We stayed at the Pacific Inn & Suites for two nights over Memorial Day weekend. It's conveniently located downtown near the water, shops, and restaurants, and we had no trouble parking in the lot. While is it located near train tracks and the airport, we were never bothered by the transit noises that we could hear every now and again.... more

this is a small but comfortable hotel right off the ocean.. the accomadations were very comfortable and the price was very reasonable. i would highly recommend it to anyone staying for a night or a week more

We wanted a place close to the water. It was our first trip in over a year with out the kids. Parking did stink, although we were always able to get a spot even when we got back to our room at 2am! Close to alot of great food and our airport which made sleeping in alot easier! The breakfast... more
