Just got home after 6 nights at the MGM Grand LV everthing about our stay was fantastic, the whole staff could not do enough for us and they were so friendly even though this was our first time staying there they acted like we were regulars. we rented a cabana for a day, best deal in town, our waitress Jaime... more

My wife and I just got back from an anniversary trip, staying in a West Wing room for 6 days/5 nights. It was my first stay and her third. I had seen reviews of West Wing rooms being really small (they are), unclean (they are just as tidy as one would want rooms to be) and lacking in conveniences (they... more

We are home a week from our third visit to Las Vegas and first time staying at the MGM. We checked in at the airport which was very fast and convenient. While my DH was waiting for our luggage I went and checked in. The gentleman told me our room would be ready at around noon. It was about 10:15... more

Stayed in the MGM from 1 Aug X 5 nights for a twin room and it was fabulous!!! The lobby is huge with a big reception area, we got checked in quick enough and was given a room close to friends who were also staying in the MGM. The bedroom was amazing, very spacious and spotless with a great view... more

Just returned from a weekend in Las Vegas... to say the least, the town is not what it used to be. The service at the MGM was a hit-or-miss. The customer service desk had bratty/snobby reps. Beware, everyone expects a quick tip; One time I asked a waitress to wait a sec until I got change from my dealer, she... more

Stayed at MGM on part of my honeymoon in August this year. Overall a better than average hotel. Room was nice enough but nothing fabulous and staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel is huge! When checking in it reminded me of an airport check in desk and the rest of the hotel continued in this way. There aren't many... more

I was very impressed with the size and comfort of the MGM Bungalow Suite for a family of five. There were 2 plush Queen size beds, a cot ($35.00), and a couch. Also, we had 2 TVs and the bathroom was huge and immaculate. The service was quick and the people were very pleasant. I would definitely stay there again. more

My friend and I met in Vegas and stayed here for 5 nights! Thee room was great, nice view, clean and spacious. But who spends that much time in their room in Vegas anyways?? MGM is not in the best spot on the strip as it is right down one end but this doesn't matter. The monorail leaves from MGM... more

Out of habit, we've stayed here for our anniversary each of the last 5 years (with a couple extra visits thrown in). The main reasons for our choice has been the price, location and pool area. I'll summarize what I've noticed over our visits, especially our most recent. The airport check-in is a great idea. We use it when we... more

Just returned from a 2 week stay in Los Angeles and week before we stayed in Las Vegas at the MGM Grand. We got the direct Manchester (UK) to Las Vegas flight which arrived in LV at 12ish, we got a cab to MGM Grand which cost around $16. When we arrived at 12.30 we checked in but were told... more
