The HGI was very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the pool area, which was nicely landscaped and included a tiki bar. the breakfast buffet was great. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. I booked the HGI because I didn't want to stay at the conference hotel at Universal (Royal Pacific). It was much more peaceful at the HGI.
