This hotel has an excellent Manager and addresses guests concerns and follow-up personally to make sure excellence in service ends up being achieved. Incredible staff, amazing service from beginning to end. Had a suite with a Lagoon View, very clean, and an extremely comfortable bed. No airplane noise. Great late-night food at the bar, good and reasonably priced. more

Very comfortable hotel with a nice bar area, free internet access, lovely pool and friendly staff. Only issue is that it is quiet a distance from south beach and the main tourist areas (30 dollars in a taxi). But overall this is a good airport hotel and would defo reccomend it more
