The hotel was ok~ clean with a professional front desk and front door chauffers.... but overall a bit impersonal in my opinion. The restaurants were great~ although a little expensive, all the dishes tasted great, even the room service foods were good. Compared to the other Disney Hotel in the same area with Hollywood theme, this one is significantly less crowded. The hotel is beautiful, the room is spacious and the service is excellent.
