From the incredibly helpful Charl and his staff, to the actual facilities, a family or anybody would be very pleased with this hotel. The reasonably priced travel and tour arrangements, are convenient and quickly arranged. The food is great, and a beer by the pool is always nice. The good thing about this hotel is that they provide a range of transportation at good prices and you dont have to reserve those trips way ahead. Rooms are very clean. The single room is OK with an extremely small shower, but at least with hot water. The triple room is fine with a regular bath. Around the hotel there... more

The Mariam is a good hotel with a quality feel for a good price. The hotel is spotless and has nice touches which make it better value for money than others. Had no complaints about the place and was the best place we stayed in Jordan. more

My wife, son (12 years old) and I stayed at the Mariam Hotel twice in October 2008, and on both occasions we thoroughly enjoyed it. The rooms are well-furnished, spotless and comfortable. This hotel is very reasonably priced. The rooms are quite nice but no aircon, you do get a celing fan which was adequate for our stay because it was quite cool.
