This hotel is really fantactic. Lovely and romantic place I will advise to everybody. The staff is friendly and smily but not all are professionals. The price is reasonnable for a five star standard, the chinese restaurant is fantastic and you will live a wonderful sunset on the Dead Sea. I disliked the attitude of the receptionists. We were waiting... more

The hotel is built and furnished to a very high standard with extensive grounds leading down to the Dead Sea. Although it was full when we were there none of the public areas seemed to be crowded, and the staff were very attentive. Breakfast was the usual buffet and was to a high standard, but we found Luigi's, the Italian... more

At the end of a hectic week in Jordan it was pleasant to be able to relax in an excellent hotel. First class service, good food and excellant location. The staff could not do enough and were extremely friendly and helpful. eating was expensive at certain places but the buffet offered a good selection at a resonable price - highly... more

We did not stay overnight at this resort, as it was overbooked, but our Jordan guide arranged for day passes so we could enjoy the resort's exquisite Zara Spa Therapy Center and the beach. The Spa is the most extensive, beautiful and professionally managed spa/therapy center I have ever visited anywhere - and I have been to many all over... more

This hotel is only good if you have excess money you don't know what to do with! It is expensive, and certainly not worth it. I even wonder why we pay such a high price since the spa and snacks are in supplement. The decors and gardens are beautiful but it does feel strange and even revolting after crossing such... more

I have just stayed for two nights at this hotel and I loved it. The design of the hotel is beautiful; the location is excellent, right by the Dead Sea; and the staff made me feel extremely welcome. The only drawback to the area (noticeable both at the hotel and at Bethany) is that there were a lot of flies... more

We stayed at the Moevenpick Dead Sea for a one night stop on a trip that took us from Amman, to Wadi Rum, Aqaba, Petra, the Dead Sea and back to Amman. The tour was arranged as a package, hotels and meals with driver included, through Jordan Tours (which we are extremely pleased with) in Petra so I’m not sure... more

The staff was friendly, helpful and fast with problems. The room was kept tidy except there was bird[--] on the table in my balcony and I think it took 2-3 days til it was cleaned and it wasn't even cleaned properly. Another thing that freaked me out was the singer at the village bar (the one with long black hair... more

We spent 6 days in this hotel the last week in June. Although the room, the facilities, the food and the service were good, we were disappointed that you are virtually a prisoner in the complex. There is no where to go outside the hotel - just other similar hotels. There is no village, no shops, not restaurants or even... more

Myself and my wife were having a wonderful stay at the hotel, until someone swapped keycards to our room and was accesing our room all week when we were out at the beach, then on our second last day, our hotel room safe was robbed when we were out of the room and all our gold jewelery and cash was... more

Dear Trip Advisor, Greeting from the Dead Sea. We would like to clarify and comment on the review which was posted. The customer had claimed that some jewelleries were stolen from his “closed” in room safe. All of our rooms are equipped with CISA safe model “TSP Digit” , set up with 4 digit password ensuring full security and allowing...
