The Four Seasons company is a machine. This hotel is great, the staff are incredibly efficient and helpful (the concierge basically rebooked 3 people's travels...). A pleasant town location and the reception and the service was definitely in line with what one would expect from the Four Seasons. Very well trained staff takes care of all of your needs and everyone in the hotel is extremely friendly. Driving through Amman to the hotel, you would never suspect that you would find such a gorgeous interior. Every area was elegant and upscale. (We felt kind of slobby arriving with our backpacks - but the staff treated us with great respect) Our rooms were spacious and clean. The pools (indoor and outdoor) were beautiful and peaceful. This is a great hotel. Lunch buffet fabulous. Extremely friendly, helpful and courteous staff. This hotel is highly recommended. Easy access from airport highway. Central location. Don't settle for a cheaper hotel. I see a lot of hotels as an airline pilot. This is one of the best. more
