We spent 4 nites at this hotel and would recommend it without hesitation. It easily compares to any North American hotel in 4+ category. It has one of the best locations. Breakfast is plentifull, but forget meats, all hotels in Israel are kosher. Staff is very helpfull. Would be happy to return to this hotel. more

An excellent hotel, clean, superb breakfast buffet, and very courteous staff apart from a rather surly male pool attendant who was very unhelpful to a disabled guest - the absolute opposite of the female pool attendant who was very caring and attentive. Our family stayed at the Sheraton Towers for two nights.We paid US$500(!) per night for a lousy room,very basic and far from clean. Only plus is sea view. The beds are not bad,soft but really small. It's right near the beach, but this kind of run-down 5-star hotel was infested with roaches! I killed two with my slipper, but the third was too big to confront.
