We spent 4 nites at this hotel and would recommend it without hesitation. It easily compares to any North American hotel in 4+ category. It has one of the best locations. Breakfast is plentifull, but forget meats, all hotels in Israel are kosher. Staff is very helpfull. Would be happy to return to this hotel. more
We are on the last day of a 5 night stay at the Sheraton Tel Aviv and Towers. We had booked through the Starwood Preferred Guest website- we chose 2 Towers rooms which came with access to the Towers lounge ( including buffet breakfast there)/ on check-in we were upgraded to the recently refurbished Club floors where we had inter-connecting... more
Our experience was very good. I would rate this hotel 4 stars according to North American standards. We had a room on a club floor, which according to the hotel, have all been recently renovated. The room was nicely decorated and our room faced the sea and had a small balcony. I would definitely recommend staying on the club floor,... more
An excellent hotel, clean, superb breakfast buffet, and very courteous staff apart from a rather surly male pool attendant who was very unhelpful to a disabled guest - the absolute opposite of the female pool attendant who was very caring and attentive. A complaint to the hotel management soon sorted him out but I think there was a training issue... more
I stayed here in the beginning of July for a work trip. I had read that other tripadvisor users had found roaches in their room, and I had one , too. It was on my bed at 4pm in the afternoon. Housekeeping sprayed roach killer under my bed, so the room smelled toxic for a while. I slept with the... more
We just returned (yesterday) from a 15 day trip with ISRAM travel, to Israel; we stayed in several different hotels, including the Sheraton Tel Aviv - for a total of 6 days; we were here at the beginning and the end of our tour. This is a wonderful place to stay; it is very clean and the staff is customer-focused.... more
Our family stayed at the Sheraton Towers for two nights. We paid US$500(!) per night for a lousy room, very basic and far from clean. Only plus is sea view. The beds are not bad, soft but really small. Towels smell bad,as well as bed linens.Bathroom is so small and old,the bath is terrible! no shower stand and the toilet seat is behind... more
A nice hotel with a nice room. Although I had no view of the Sea of Galilee, I did like my room. The breakfast and dinners were good with offerings of fresh fruit and a lovely buffet. Beware of rooms that face a disco near the water. The beat of the drums and the loud music will keep playing until 4... more
It's right near the beach, but this kind of run-down 5-star hotel was infested with roaches! I killed two with my slipper, but the third was too big to confront. I asked them to move me, but they said that the hotel was full, and they came and sprayed with insecticide. Yuck! The wireless didn't work, the drapes were old... more
