Just returned from a week long stay at the hotel. We found the staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The lobby was good and the hotel's ammenities were above standard for Tel Aviv. The room was clean and a decent size, try and stay on the Jaffa side if you can. The hotel is brilliantly located and most things are... more

We stayed two nights when we arrived in Israel for our big trip. This hotel is a Marriott property. We stayed one night my points and one night by pay. When we made the reservations, Marriott messed up the dates and when I tried to fix them the availability by points got really screwed up. The staff (particularly Ms. Luz)... more

I just arrived from Israel this morning and am still in tears. Whatever you do, please please please do NOT stay at the Renaissance in Tel Aviv, Israel. I was robbed by the housekeeper while I was away from my room. She went thru SIX different places, including my medicine bag and makeup bag to take all and any jewelry... more

My husband and I were tour group leaders with a group of 50 people from Canada, US and Britain. This was our 6th tour to Israel, and first time at Renaissince., in Tel Aviv. I have to honestly say it is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in, in Tel Avi, I find it hard to justify... more

We stayed in this hotel for 4 days. Arriving at Tel Aviv airport was fine, if you are worried about customs stamping your passport don't be just ask them to stamp a landing card. Easy enough check at the hotel Nice view of the beach, we had a deluxe room, which was very standard, maids were knocking on the door... more

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights when the England football team were playing Israel. I arrived at this hotel about 10am and was able to check-in without any delay. I had a room over-looking the beach so that was nice. The room was a single but was a reasonable size, it was clean and modern. Staff were always... more

We stayed for 4 nights from Sunday to Thursday and on arrival first encountered a laid back security guard who wouldn't acknowledge us. We were looking for instructions on where to leave the hire car... The hotel entrance is not as pretty as the others, you tend to walk past them if you trot down the street, but it's ok.... more

I stayed here 6 weeks on business and it is one of the better hotels in Tel Aviv, which is what I heard from all the locals, but it only rates OK on my scale. It was safe, clean, but mostly aged in need of a serious remodel. The rooms had comfortable beds but I have stayed at much better... more

The hotel is pretty average for that price range. The rooms are ok, the spa area is really dirty. The location, however, is the best in the city. Great view from the rooms. We wanted to change the hotel midway through the trip. But in its price range ($200 anight), it is the best hotel. We checked out Sheraton Moriha,... more
