I booked a flight & room package and everything look wonderful when I checked out the net. Two weeks before, I receive an email confirming my booking and also cross sell airport pick-up and tours. I saved $4 taking taxi from airport myself (airport website mentioned $10 but it's $16). Less than 10 mins, driver started to insist that we... more

I stayed in this hotel during my recent visit to Hanoi. How I wish I have stayed here from Day 1 (I transferred from a haunted house-like hotel, GSH!!!). The rates were very cheap, but the hotel was really nice! :) The manager, Tony, was very hospitable and managed to quote me a promotional rate. The receptionists were able to... more

We stayed for 4 nights at this hotel with no complaints at all. The place is extremely calm and quite considering Hanoi is very famous with their chaotic and constant honking from vehicles. The room is very nice and clean (but the power plug is at the very awkward location though- but no big deal at all). The hotel staff... more

I have stayed at other hotels recommended by Trip Advisor but I have to admit this one was a big dissapointment. I will tell you exactly how my stay went and you decide for yourself if you still want to give it a try. I took a taxi from the airport. He dropped me off a BLOCK from the airport... more

We had booked through "Rates to Go" a deluxe room with balcony and payed for one night fee deposit. upon arrival, late at night, we were given a standard smelly room. When we protested we were offerred a somewhat better room at no extra charge. When we checked out, a surcharge was added to our bill for the upgrade, and... more

Stayed in Hanoi Capital Hotel for 3 nights. Its a lovely nice hotel set in the quieter streets of the Old Quarter. It is fairly larger than most of the boutique hotels around the area. Tony Hoang was really very accomodating in booking our stay. He personally arranged for our pick up from and to the airport, down to arranging... more

Stayed here because other preferred places were booked out. I booked a VIP room but when I arrived was told it was not available (not the best start). Stayed in a double room and could hear everything happening outside including a barking dog (all night!). Room was clean enough. The next night we stayed in the VIP room with 'jacuzzi'... more

We stayed in this hotel from 15th to 18th March, 2008. The rooms were small and the plug points were at very awkward places. Prices of their tours were quite pricey too. However, their staff were very enthusiastic, helpful and friendly and the rooms were clean. The hotel staff were also amazingly honest. I had accidentally left my money pouch... more
