The reviews are spectacular on tripadvisor of Riad Hayati, a reason why I booked my stay there in June. I saw an earlier review that warned that the deposit should be paid into a UK bank account in full before my arrival, and I was not really put off by this. Ron the owner was very good at replying to... more

The riad was rented exclusively to regular guests during June. It is therefore impossible that this person has ever stayed here. R.Ciccone Owner

This was the most superb holiday my husband and I have ever had --- Magical, really. It started with being picked up at the airport, then walking through the Moroccan streets to a venue of utter calm -- a combination of sophisticated comfort and personal service. We went with several other friends and had dinner together beautifully cooked and served.... more

This Riad was recommended to me by a colleague and I would definately recommend it to others. The Riad is achingly chic. The pool is bliss. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Very impressed. Good value for money too. Once you walk into the Riad from the madness of the medina, you at once feel the tranquility and calm aura of... more

I would just like to add my thanks to Ron and his staff at Riad Hayati. This is a success story that reflects a vision of what the "riad experience" should be. Firstly, there is the design: an 18th century merchantt's home lovingly restored with cool white background, dark woods and slashes of colour from antique kilims and original Middle... more

Being number 1 on tripadvisor, I was very much looking forward to a few days at Riad Hayati. Unfortunately my expectations were not met. From the moment I made the booking, I thought something odd as I was instructed to pay the full amount of my four night stay into a personal bank account here in the UK. Nevertheless, I... more

During the entire month of June the riad was rented exclusively to repeat guests who spend every spring in the riad. It is therefore impossible that this person has ever stayed in the riad. R. Ciccone Owner

After the music festival in Essaouira my wife and I spent a brilliant week in Marrakech at Riad Hayati. The place is really a unique gem. You feel the beguiling ambience as soon as you enter. The first thing of course is the decor: Quiet elegance and simple good taste. It is ultra comfortable and the staff know how to... more

When I saw the amazing reviews and photos of Hayati, I contacted the owner, Ron Ciccone, to book the riad for myself, my husband, and three colleagues while we attended a conference in late May and early June. There is not much to add to the already glowing reviews: the rooms, rooftop terrace, new plunge pool(!), and common areas were... more

The Riad Hayati was a slice of Heaven, i have no doubt that our stay has created wonderful memories that will forever be etched into our hearts. Little Jewel Our daughter had stayed at Hayati and recommended it for our 10 day visit to Marrakech. Let me say simply that the riad exceeded her recommendation. It is absolutely a little jewel. After a day in the souks or an excursion to the mountains the riad was a gloriously tranquil, Comfortable place to rest and recharge. Abdel and... more

Marrakech is a wonderful fusion of traditional Arab culture and French sophistication. Many of the best Parisian restaurants and clubs can now be found there. Yet, the city remains very Moroccan with traditional architecture, exquisite gardens and the total madness of the souks. We discovered Riad Hayati shortly after it opened three years ago. We were attracted to its understated... more
