Dar Silsila serves the best mint tea in the whole Morocco, at least to our taste. The tagine and salad are also our favorites. I would recommend Dar Silsila to anyone interested in visiting Marrakech. The owner, Jean Patrick is a very nice guy who can tell you exactly where to go to eat, spa or what to visit. You... more

We booked this hotel through the riad web site - did not realize that they take a 20% commission - be warned about this! Dar Silsila was excellent. Jean Patrick and his staff were pleasant and very helpful. The riad looks just like the pictures - beautiful. Don't be turned off as you walk to the riad - through a... more

We went to Morocco for 2 weeks on our honeymoon in July and booked the first 3 nights at Dar Silsila. When we arrived at night after travelling all day it knocked our socks off. We were shown into a quiet terrace in the middle of the Riad with a table set for us in this beautiful room next to... more

Me and my wife have just come back from Marrakech, celebrating our second anniversary, and we can not speak highly enough of the Dar Silsila, Jean Patrick and his team. The Dar Silsila is beautiful and a real sanctuary from the busy Medina. It is also amazingly well located as it is a 5 minute walk from the Koutobia Mousue... more

Following Jean Patrick's advice to book the transfer from the airport at a very convenient price of 15 €, and after walking a few yards behind our driver through a (very) dark (but short) tunnel, we arrived to a silent -except for the fountain murmur- patio with low lights and a table exquisitely decorated awaiting us. We had a very... more

We have just come back from Dar Silsila, in Marrakech. This is a truly stylish riad which is an oasis of calm after all the hustle and bustle of the souks and streets of Marrakech. Jean-Patrik and his staff could not do enough for us and made the whole trip easy by giving us good advice as to where to... more

We have just returned from our first visit to Marrakech and stayed in the Dar Silsila Riad which was a fabulous experience. It is in an excellent location, down one of the narrow alleyways in the Medina, centre of old town area, and is a wonderful peaceful hidden gem, very quiet, with two attractive patio areas inside. It also has... more

Dar Silsila and its wonderful proprietor, Jean Patrick, made my stay in Marrakech a joy. What a beautiful place to come "home" to every night and wake up to every morning. I stayed at this sumptuous riad for a total of a week, consisting of a few days at the start of my trip and a couple of nights at... more
