This hotel is operated by the rudest desk clerks I have ever encountered and I travel often. Never again will I ever stay at a Holiday Inn due to their lack of BASIC customer service. We arrived before 3:00 p.m. to check in and were told that the room wasn't ready yet and asked to return at 3:00 p.m. which is check-in time. First, it started off bad when we arrived early and called to check in only 15 minutes early and they refused saying they had no rooms cleaned and available yet.
