The hardest part of staying at the Establshment is finding the entrance which is off an alley however once you arrive it is all good news from there. We stayed at the Establishment Hotel overnight as a special treat as we were dining at Est. which is located on level one. The Establishment is even harder to explain than Blue. It is understated and eye-catching at the same time.
