Stayed here a few times in the past but seems to have gone downhill since. Reason stay is great location but now the hotels goal is to extract as much money from guests in a rather poor fashion. Stayed two nights in late December 2007 with my wife. The location of this hotel is one of it's strongest points. It is located across the road from beautiful Coogee Beach and is surrounded by some fantastic cafes and restaurants. The views from the restaurant are magnificent. This hotel is at Coogee Beach, so not a place to stay if you want to be in Sydney City. Having said that, Coogee is a great place - nice beach, great pub, good local shops.
