"Hot Deal" means buy now, forfeit later. Because of airline blunder, I was unable to check in on reservation date. Novotel pocketed my 1100 Euro prepayment for one week stay. BUYER BEWARE. more

We were due to stay in another hotel - Radisson but they had overbooked and moved us to this hotel. Basic hotel, clean, no frills. Good downstairs bar though with extremely friendly staff. Overall, this hotel is as average as it gets - which is OK and applicable for the airport. more

I stayed here for one night when my flight to Cape Verde was severely delayed. Despite the fact that this hotel is geared for transients and we were captive guests, the staff are very friendly and took great pains to remember guests names and be helpful. I had trouble connecting with the wireless in the lobby and they called the... more

KLM Airlines paid for my stay here after my flight was overbooked and I was forced to fly out 24 hours later. I was extremely tired after a 12 day tour of Europe and was pleased that there was a quick, free shuttle from the airport to this hotel. Once I arrived, check in was quick and courteous and I... more

The hotel itself is pretty nice and is kept clean. The shuttle that runs between all of the Accor hotels and the airport is free and convenient. I'm guessing (or at least hoping for the hotel's sake) that we just happened to stay there on the wrong night. One of the reasons that I picked this hotel over the others... more

Stayed in this hotel for one night when the flight we were on was cancelled. The airline paid for this hotel for us and thrown on a free meal also. The hotel is linked to the airport with a free shuttle bus, which is very handy. The reception is the same as every hotel of this type as are the... more

Arrived really late in Amsterdam and did not want to travel downtown to the morning. This hotel served its purpose and was better than most airport hotels. The shuttle which it shares with the Ibis and Etap nearby, runs often and takes about 15 minutes. I had to wait no time for it upon arrival. The room is functional, clean... more

We needed a hotel near the bulb fields for a quick stop on our longer driving holiday. We visit this area of the Netherlands every year but this was our first experience with this hotel. Our first choice for chain hotels is Accor, prefer Sofitel or Novotel, especially if it is Dorint. Our impressions were that if driving in the... more

We stayed at this hotel for one night, but we could have easily made it a longer stay. The rooms were large and spotlessly clean and the beds were comfy (although the pillows we had were quite flat). They had a pool, internet (for a fee - I think 15 minutes for five Euros), elevator, non-smoking rooms and other things... more

Stayed for 2 nights. Evening shuttle bus straight from airport to hotel (buses run every 15 mins), warm greeting upon arrival at hotel. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Excellent choice with buffet breakfast. Day trip into Amsterdam was easy, shuttle bus back to airport (approx 15 mins) and train directly into Amsterbam Central Station (approx 20 mins) cost return... more
