This is a lovely guesthouse/hotel in a beautiful part of the country. The room we were given looked out over the sea and gardens and with the table and chairs in the bay window made a lovely spot to realx and unwind. The hotel was fairly quiet while we were ther but because of this people were very friendly and there... more

Very enjoyable experience once again. Great welcome, excellent staff. I would like more fresh fruit to be available at breakfast time and a more frequent change of menu, however these are very small enhancements which would make staying there even better. more

Myself and my boyfriend stayed for a long weekend in beautiful Ballylickey, and would highly recommend it. We felt totally cared for during our three nights there - the staff were friendly and welcoming without crowding us. The room was beautiful, and quiet, and every little detail was looked after. The food was delicious - we had dinner in the... more

The rate was excellent- 95euros for the room, including all taxes and breakfast. The other people in the party also had a truly lovely bedroom with... more

A visit to Seaview House Hotel is an absolutely wonderful experience. It is a beautiful building set in glorious grounds with perfectly manicured lawns. The public rooms are so cosy and inviting and filled with wonderful antique furniture, paintings and ornaments. It definitely feels more like a home than a hotel due to the comfortable surroundings and the friendliness of... more

What a magnificent establishment, more a gracious guest house than a hotel. Furnished splendidly with antiques, it is nonetheless informal with great attention from staff and proprietor Kathleen O'Sullivan who get to know each guest personally. Food cooked beautifully, with both imagination and simplicity. The best kept hotel gardens in the world. This would be an idyllic romantic getaway. The... more

We stayed in a twin room for one night in this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was very nice, and clean. The hotel is very homely, with lots of antique furniture. The hotel is set in very nice grounds and the communal areas are very welcoming. The restaurant is of a very high standard and the food... more
