Every member of the staff at Hotel Alessandra was very friendly and helpful. I booked a single room but they upgraded me to a very spacious room. They gave excellent restaurant recommendations and the hotel location was down a quiet street and very conviently located within a short walk to many attractions. more

My friend and I had an excellent stay in Hotel Alessandra for 2 nights. Andrea (the man in charge at the desk) was extremely helpful and kind during our stay. He gave us all the tourist information we needed and directed us to where ever we asked. I will definitely return to this hotel next time I'm in Florence. more
