Hotel would not honour the 10% downpayment I paid to reserve the room. The room was 100sq.ft and very hot and the staff would not turn down the heat. The window would not close and there was a common balcony, so anyone could come into your room when you were away. more

What first surprised me is that the hotel did not ask for a credit card number or a deposit. However everything was fine with our reservation. We (my Mom and I) stayed at Hotel Orly in Munich for 2 nights and enjoyed it very much. It had very nice rooms, in a very safe area and near the U-Bahn (underground). The breakfast was great.
