Arrived from Hong Kong after 13 hour flight with 3 children (aged 16 - 11). Booked and paid for a 2 bedroom apartment in January 2008. Upon arriving were told no 2 bedroom apartment was available, it was July their busiest month so don't expect what you've booked and paid for.
