We loved the Hyatt Vancouver. The rooms are absolutely fantastic. The bed extremely comfortable and all modern touches are supplied. Our room was quite with a great city view. I did go and look at the pool but didn't use it - wasn't up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel. The staff were excellent and the... more

Stayed for 13 nights. Our second visit to Vancouver (previously stayed at the Fairmont Watrefront). Couldn't beat the location - near to shops and restaurants of Robson Street, Canada Place, and not far from Stanley Park. Excellent transport links directly outside the hotel, buses and sky train. Room was lovely, great views of water and mountains, clean and comfortable. Used... more

We spent one night at this Hyatt at the end of a trip. We had two rooms - one with a single king and one with two double beds. Both rooms were very nicely decorated, everything appeared new and fresh with a modern style decor. (see pictures). We had views looking up Barrad Street. The rooms were quiet. The large... more

We are from Toronto and we are only staying for one evening wedding event. Before the event, I looked at their web site and saw they will charge $28/day self parking or $38/day for valet parking. I was thinking whether they will give the guests a break, such as validating parking or lower parkign rate. I called in the hotel... more

The Hyatt Vancouver is a great hotel in a great location. I stayed there for three nights alone - I checked into the hotel using their new kiosks and was upgraded to a balcony room that had a pretty large balcony that overlooked Burrard St. down to the water. (The balcony was nice, but I would not have paid extra... more

The hotel is located in downtown and from there you can walk to most of Vancouver's attractions and restaurants. We arrived at 16h30 and our room was not ready yet (!). The lobby is boring and doesn't feel like a 5 star place. But the rooms are very good and their signature bed is also great. We had a club... more

I booked the room through Priceline after an Alaskan cruise. The hotel was very nice. We had a wonderful view overlooking the Fairmount and the city. The location is perfect. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the lovely city of Vancouver. more

Arrived late on July, 25 2008 for a 3 night stay only to find that they did not have the type of room we had reserved though Vancouver Tourism. We had booked a non smoking room for three people with 2 double beds. They had nothing like that available, they could give us a smoking room or a room with... more

This was our first stay at this hotel. The room was very nice. It was on the 27th floor and featured a nice peek-a-boo view of the harbor. The location is great. We're originally from Vancouver and know the spot well. Within steps to good shopping on Robson and Granville and within reasonable distance to nice scenic places such as... more

Of my 3 week holiday tour through the US and Canada, the Hyatt Vancouver was probably the nicest hotel I stayed in. It's located right in the centre of the city, with all the shops and restaurants you could wish for within easy reach. Rooms are well decorated in a modern style, with such a nice desk + chair that... more
