I was provided with a single room at above 20 floors. Though the room is small but not Claustrophobic. Room has all basics. TV Channels are very limited especially for the foreign tourists. Attached bath is too small but water closet is fitted with modern gadgets and very hygienic. But i was mesmerized with the night scene of the Tokyo... more

I have been surprised by some of the reviews on this hotel. People seem to compare this hotel to international hotels in the US or in Europe and you just can't do that. Hotels and apartments in Tokyo are typically small. The Japanese are great at maximizing usable space and this hotel is no exception. You are paying for the... more

This is the worst hotel in Shinjuku. Unless you have no other alternative, this hotel is to be avoided. No matter what the price, it is too much. Paper thin walls, plastic sheets on the beds, rude staff, tiny rooms, no windows.. it is an awful place. EXAMPLE; I left clothes in to be laundered. I wrote on the ticket... more

Here are the list of my comments: 1, First of all the bathroom was very Dangerous.because the door step is too high it was about 8 inch and is accident prone especially for old people and children, the door was also dangerous because its kind of weird because you have to push it instead of pulling in when you are inside... more

This is a large hotel with all the services included. It looks posh with over staffing everywhere from driveway attendants to downstairs entry information(1st floor) then Reception, lobby attendant and foreign visitor information that doubles as a porter's desk (but no porters) on Level 3 (LB , short for lobby). My wife and I struggled with 3 bags and a... more

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in. The experience was bad from the start. My husband and I arrived with 2 luggages, only to find out that the lobby/ check-in area was on the 3rd floor- inconvenience. There was a long queue which made me feel that I was at a budget hotel; but the price I paid... more

Stayed at this hotel at the beginning and end of a trip round Japan visiting friends. It was the only hotel we stayed at in Japan so cannot compare to other hotels but I found it to be in a great location in the heart of lively Shinjuku, close to the train station and lots of other attractions and amenities.... more
